Not honoring their warranty



  • My unit is broke twice. The same problem both times. They said they would send me a new unit. I talked to Nina. Now I just got an email that they're sending me the same one back again. She said she would honor the warranty if it broke again. How many times do I have to send it in before they honor the warranty? Is anybody else having this problem? I'm really disappointed I've bought 4, airvape Xs, and a airvape go, like $1,000 and I can't get them to honor their warranty . go
