It would be helpful if there was a directory of resellers numbers. This information is necessary to register a warranty but not readily available on your site. Indeed, if it is available on your site at all, I have been unable to find it.
I am now in communication with the retailer in an effort to fulfill this requirement.
I withhold my opinion on your warranty service until my issue is resolved. At the moment I am thoroughly frustrated with the process.

These numbers are only provided to authorized resellers of AirVape and are not shared openly on our website to protect our online resellers as well as to prevent possible fraud and forgery.
