Little to no output

Re: Legacy Getting virtually no output from the unit except vape out of the bottom of the air intake at the bottom of the unit. I've sent an email to customer service requesting a refund. I just don't feel that this product was fully vetted by AirVape before they launched it.

@rhynot_ryan Try cleaning the airpath filter.. remove the muck covering it.

@doublenicks There is a very small screen above the chamber. The airpath filter. Remove any gunk covering it. This solved it for me-

I'm having the same issue. I emailed customer service asking if I might have a defective device. I really hope I do and they replace it because the device itself is super nice... Hoping it's just a bad example and they can swap it out quickly and easily for a properly-functioning unit!
