  • I enjoyed my AirVape XS while it worked. It only lasted just over one year. I thought the Life Time Warranty would replace the unit hassle free. This was not the case.

    Giselle the CSR was rude, and gave me a very hard time in my futile attempts to have my unit replaced. It has been over a week with no replacement which bites because I used the device for medical reasons. I am now fighting the $20 shipping and handling fee to receive a replacement. I spent a lot of money on the device and many expensive accessories. I don't have money to burn. Buyer beware if your unit needs to be replaced.
