problem with the mouthpiece

I bought two "Airvape XS Go" on December 27, 2021, the two items ordered have exactly the same problem: the magnets located in the mouthpiece both came off, I put them back to their location, but since the tips no longer hold in place.Also, I don't understand, but the edges of the mouthpieces seem to have melted on the sides while I have normal use, we only use them for short uses of 5 minutes maximum around 3 to 4 times per day.
I registered for the lifetime warranty, but I can't find spare parts, is it possible to find only the mouthpiece in order to buy two new ones or can you possibly send them to us?
